Julia Photography began her venture into photography in 2018 and soon became obsessed with the fundamentals that make a great photograph: lighting, balance, composition and use of space.

More About Me!

  I’m Julia! I am a photographer based in Western New York. I first started taking photos my senior year of high school, when I brought my first camera. I started out taking pictures of animals and nature. Gradually, I started photographing people and capturing their memories. I love meeting new people and building friendships with my clients.

Apart from photography, I am currently studying elementary and early childhood education with minors in sociology and visual arts at St. Bonaventure University. I love to go on adventures and explore new places. Also, I have a great love for animals especially my yellow lab, Maverick. When I’m not capturing your memories I’m often creating things for my Etsy shop, playing with my dogs, spending time in nature, and spending time with my family and boyfriend. I grew up spending time in nature and growing through art. I find my inspiration and photography thrive from my experiences with art and in nature.

Popcorn, it’s my go to snack. I’m a sucker for sappy romance movies (especially Hallmark movies), but I love crime shows like Criminal Minds. My music playlist is ever changing, granted country music is my go to for summer jams.
